• Growth Rate: The growth rate is generally moderate to fast when provided with ideal conditions .

• Placement: Due to its size and color, it is best suited for the mid-ground to background of the aquarium .

• pH Range: Prefers slightly acidic to neutral water, ideally between 5.0 and 7.5 .

• CO2: Required. Injection of CO2 (around 15-30 ppm) is highly recommended for healthy growth and vibrant coloration .

• Care Level: This plant is considered moderate to difficult to care for. It is not recommended for beginners as it requires consistent attention to lighting, fertilization, and water parameters .

• Lighting: Requires high lighting (medium to high). Without sufficient light, the lower leaves will shrivel and fall off, and the plant will lose its intense red color .
