No returns, all DOA can be replaced with store credit or replacement of fish unless for special case.
Customers will be charged for the reshipment of the replacement.
Courier Interference & Delivery Responsibility Policy
Once an order has been shipped, the sender is not responsible for any delays, delivery issues, or denied shipments resulting from customer interaction with the courier.
Any direct communication or requests made by the customer to the courier that alter, delay, or interfere with the delivery process will void all shipping guarantees, including Live Arrival (DOA) coverage.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Requesting delivery address changes after shipment
Redirecting packages or requesting holds (e.g., depot holds, access point redirects)
Rescheduling delivery dates
Providing additional or conflicting information to the courier (including declaring contents)
Any action that may delay, reroute, or disrupt the shipment
Courier systems are time-sensitive, and any modification to a shipment can result in extended transit times, mishandling, or refusal of delivery, which are outside of the sender’s control.
To ensure the best outcome for live fish and plants, customers must:
Allow the shipment to proceed as originally scheduled
Monitor tracking closely
Be available for the first delivery attempt
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the sender being unable to provide support, replacements, or credits related to delays or damages caused by courier interference.

All DOA guaranteed packages must be sent in within 2 hours of first attempted delivery time, with photos accompanied with fish/plants in the unopened bags.
Any bags cut open or photos of fish/plants in tank, will void the DOA guarantee.

Please be advised to be available during your delivery, we are not responsible for any stolen packages after proof of delivery.
All holds for fish are only on hold for 7 days at maximum, refund will initiate after time limit has exceeded.
All cancelation of hold items order will be charged a 10% restocking fee on your total order cancelled.
All order purchases pick up, please have your ID present with accompanying receipt for order.
If weather is -5 for 1-2 days in a row and you request shipment through this window of negative weather, DOA will be voided!
Store pick up orders are not eligible for refund (blanket term, subject to change per case) upon customer signature.
Store pick up orders must be picked up by the credit card holder! If you are unable to pick up yourself, please provide a handwritten note with name of person who will pick up with signature of credit card used .
If you are unable to provide a copy of the handwritten note for pick up, your order will be held until you are able to pick up personally.
