Our DOA policy also covers all products shipped out using Fedex ground/standard overnight, UPS SAVER .

    Fish and plants:
    -GTA: $26.99 flat rate (No doa included)
    -Ontario: $30.99 1-2 day (DOA included)
    -Quebec: $71.00 1-2 day (DOA included)
    -Vancouver/Alberta/Saskatchewan: $91.00 1-2 day (DOA included)

For all live stock shipping,

  • All live stock will be shipped with heatpack!
  • All orders will be shipped out 12-24hrs after placement of order. Orders placed before 9am will be accepted for shipping same day. All orders made after 
  • If weather is below -5C will suspended shipping until next available window (average 1-3 day extensions)

*Courier Interference & Delivery Responsibility Policy
Once an order has been shipped, the sender is not responsible for any delays, delivery issues, or denied shipments resulting from customer interaction with the courier.
Any direct communication or requests made by the customer to the courier that alter, delay, or interfere with the delivery process will void all shipping guarantees, including Live Arrival (DOA) coverage.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Requesting delivery address changes after shipment
Redirecting packages or requesting holds (e.g., depot holds, access point redirects)
Rescheduling delivery dates
Providing additional or conflicting information to the courier (including declaring contents)
Any action that may delay, reroute, or disrupt the shipment
Courier systems are time-sensitive, and any modification to a shipment can result in extended transit times, mishandling, or refusal of delivery, which are outside of the sender’s control.
To ensure the best outcome for live fish and plants, customers must:
Allow the shipment to proceed as originally scheduled
Monitor tracking closely
Be available for the first delivery attempt
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the sender being unable to provide support, replacements, or credits related to delays or damages caused by courier interference.

Store Pick Up Only:
For orders processed with store pick up, we require you to provide/bring the following.

  • Drivers License (Must match your name on file)
  • Credit card used to process payment (We will require to match the back 4 digits)
  • We may photo copy of your Drivers license to be attached to your pick up sheet upon pick up (store use only, physical copy will be kept up to 3 years).
  • Customer must sign the pick up sheet with the same signature used for your credit card or Drivers license. 
  • Customer must provide a handwritten note to transfer pick up ability if you require someone else to pick up on your behalf. Signature of the credit card holder & signature + drivers license of the courier must be presented!


If you wish you not adhere to our shipping policy and prefer to ship out against our shipping policy, DOA + refund policies will be voided!!
